Cindy Bickford is the Founder, Chairwoman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Financial Officer of HeetWave Properties. As the driving force behind the company's vision and growth, Cindy oversees corporate strategy, financial management, operational performance, business development, and client relations throughout the organization.

A licensed Real Estate Broker in both California and Arizona, Cindy brings extensive experience in property management, asset management, financial operations, acquisitions, leasing, portfolio growth, and organizational leadership. Throughout her career, she has successfully overseen a diverse range of residential and multifamily assets, helping owners maximize revenue, improve operational efficiencies, increase occupancy, and enhance long-term property value.

Known for her hands-on leadership style, Cindy remains actively involved in both strategic planning and day-to-day operations, allowing her to maintain a deep understanding of client objectives, market conditions, and portfolio performance. Her expertise spans financial analysis, asset repositioning, capital improvement planning, operational restructuring, and team development.

Cindy is passionate about building high-performing teams, creating meaningful resident experiences, and developing innovative solutions that drive measurable results. Jeff Bickford

Chief Experience Officer (CXO) & Board Director

Jeff Bickford serves as Chief Experience Officer and a member of the Board of Directors for HeetWave Properties. He is responsible for helping shape the culture, leadership development, employee engagement, and service philosophy that define the HeetWave experience.

Drawing from decades of leadership, coaching, mentoring, and team development experience, Jeff brings a unique perspective to organizational growth and culture-building. His leadership philosophy centers on accountability, communication, personal growth, and servant leadership—principles that influence every aspect of the company's operations.

As Chief Experience Officer, Jeff works to ensure that every interaction with HeetWave reflects the company's commitment to professionalism, responsiveness, and exceptional service. His focus extends beyond residents and clients to include employees, vendors, and community partners, helping create an environment where people feel valued, supported, and empowered.

As a Board Director, Jeff contributes to strategic planning and organizational initiatives that support the company's long-term vision and continued success.

Hunter Ulises Gomez

Director of Financial Systems & Technology

Hunter Ulises Gomez serves as Director of Financial Systems & Technology, overseeing the technology infrastructure, business intelligence systems, financial reporting platforms, and operational analytics that support HeetWave Properties.

By combining expertise in finance, technology, and systems management, Hunter helps ensure the company remains efficient, secure, and data-driven. His responsibilities include software administration, process automation, cybersecurity oversight, systems integration, data management, reporting development, and operational analytics.

Hunter plays a key role in leveraging technology to improve transparency, streamline workflows, enhance reporting accuracy, and support strategic decision-making throughout the organization.

Ross Fried
Director of Business Development & Asset Management

Ross Fried serves as Director of Business Development & Asset Management, leading growth initiatives and helping property owners maximize the performance of their investments. His focus is on identifying opportunities to improve asset performance, increase revenue, strengthen operations, and expand HeetWave's presence throughout the market.

Ross works closely with ownership groups, investors, and industry professionals to evaluate property operations, develop strategic plans, and implement solutions that enhance both financial results and resident satisfaction. His expertise includes revenue optimization, leasing strategy, operational analysis, market positioning, and client relationship management.

Aster Gomez
Accounting Manager

Aster Gomez serves as Accounting Manager and oversees the day-to-day financial administration of HeetWave Properties. She is responsible for financial reporting, owner distributions, reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable oversight, banking coordination, and internal accounting controls.

Known for her attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, Aster helps ensure the integrity and transparency of the company's financial operations. She works closely with both ownership groups and internal teams to provide reliable financial information and support sound business decisions.

Tim Council
Regional Manager

Tim Council serves as Regional Manager and supports operational oversight across multiple communities within the HeetWave portfolio. Working closely with residents, vendors, ownership groups, and onsite teams, Tim helps ensure properties operate efficiently and consistently meet company standards.

His responsibilities include property inspections, maintenance coordination, resident communication, operational audits, vendor oversight, and support for regional initiatives. Tim's proactive approach and commitment to problem-solving help contribute to the success of the communities he serves.

Carol Williamson
Roving Leasing Manager & Realtor®

Carol Williamson brings extensive real estate and leasing expertise to HeetWave Properties as Roving Leasing Manager and Realtor®. She supports leasing operations across multiple communities and helps drive occupancy growth through strategic marketing, resident engagement, and exceptional customer service.

Carol's strong understanding of market trends, pricing strategies, and leasing best practices allows her to effectively position properties for success while helping prospective residents find homes that meet their needs. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to service have made her a trusted resource for residents and ownership groups alike.

Art Ortega
Director of Maintenance & Vendor Relations

Art Ortega serves as Maintenance & Vendor Relations Director for HeetWave Properties, where he plays a vital role in coordinating maintenance operations, managing vendor relationships, and supporting property improvement initiatives across the portfolio.

Art works closely with residents, property teams, maintenance technicians, contractors, and service providers to ensure maintenance requests and projects are completed efficiently, professionally, and with a strong focus on customer service. His responsibilities include vendor coordination, bid management, project scheduling, work order oversight, preventative maintenance support, and assisting with capital improvement projects.
