As COO of HeetWave Properties, Jeff oversees all marketing and turnover management and development operations oversight within the organization. His focus is on team building and marketing plans and establishment of operations/procedures for this department. Additionally, Jeff works as project manager for our clients on renovation/development projects and ensures projects are being tracked and clients are kept informed of progress of contractors throughout the process.

Prior to joining HeetWave, Jeff was Sales & Distribution Manager at PureFlo Water Company. His responsibilities included running the sales team and account manager for VIP accounts. He established safety benchmarks and ran weekly team safety meetings. Overseeing the customer service department, Jeff ensured the highest level of customer service from the team and would often diffuse the more challenging situations with grace. Jeff is a gifted salesman and when leading the team generated $980,000 in one month, a record set and never surpassed in the 50 years of the company.

In his free time, Jeff is a high school boys basketball coach. Currently his is working with the San Diego High School boys program. He enjoys fantasy football, watching NBA and college ball, and spending quality time with his family. The oldest of 7 siblings, Jeff makes sure to keep the family together despite being spread all over the country.
